Fitness Log

You will be using the fitness log I have posted as an assignment in teams to track your daily fitness activity. This log will be turned in to me via Microsoft Teams. I have posted the log as an assignment in our Team.

Fitness log requirements:

  • Minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity each day (5 days)...have fun with it!

  • Log filled out completey

  • Each day is worth 1 point for a weekly total of 5 points

  • When the assignment is due and you are done for the week be sure to click "turn in"

Fitness Ideas

Looking for ideas? Combine some sort of strength activity with the following:

Jog/Walk; Walk by yourself, with a family member and/or your dog; Hike; Bike; Skateboard; Work on skills in specific sports like Basketball, Football, Soccer, Baseball, Lacrosse and Jump-rope. Inside choices may consist of yoga or dance videos you can follow. See strength activities below or click on the link above so you can print them off and have them handy.
